- Local Job Creation: Empowering local mothers with sustainable employment and stable salaries as trained caregivers within these daycare centers.

- Community-Led Governance: The foundation is managed by an independent Board accompanied by Mothers, democratically selected by their own local communities to ensure funds address real, grassroots needs.
- Financial Accountability: All capital is strictly ring-fenced and managed in a separate, dedicated foundation account.
